Dr. Guilder is on staff at several local hospitals and outpatient surgery centers for the provision of surgical services utilizing level II or III anesthesia. He also provides surgical services in his office operating suite for a variety of cosmetic surgical services which can be performed under level I anesthesia.

In cases where the patient needs care that even with Dr. Guilder with his excellent training can not provide then you will be referred to another expert that Dr. Guilder has the utmost confidence in  and comfort with.
