	Priscilla Torres ........Office Manager of BHNFPS Ms. Torres has worked in the medical field for the last 10 years. Initially, she began working as a receptionist in a surgical office. She became quite interested in getting hands on medical experience and became trained as a medical assistant fulfilling her wish. Later, lured by the prospect of learning more about back office procedures she became an office biller and scheduler. After achieving a high level of proficiency she was promoted to the position of office manager. This is a position which she has now held since early 2004. Ms. Torres handles any patient inquires regarding the office, questions about surgery, scheduling surgeries and many other office tasks. Ms. Torres also handles scheduling of attorney depositions, IMEs and court appearances. Ms. Torres oversees the employees and integrates their work to ensure a smooth flowing office environment. Her years of experience give her a good understanding of employees needs and the best way to utilize their abilities. In addition to her busy office schedule, Ms. Torres is the proud mother of two boys ages 8 and 5. She and her husband maintain a busy schedule particularly with travel hockey on the agenda.
